- We recommend storing your accessories in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnishing or scratching.

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your product, as long as it is in perfect conditions, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit.

I love my Double Braid! It’s not metal — and that’s what I love most. It looks super elegant, feels light, and is so comfy. I wear it daily — even at the beach, in the shower, and to sleep. I usually mix it with 2 Antique Gold Braids and 2 Black Bangles, but sometimes I switch it up with all silver-toned bangles. Either way, the stack looks amazing!
These bracelets are cheap, filled, plastic tubes. They look and feel incredibly cheap and had I known that they were plastic bracelets I never would have purchased them. The item description is incredibly misleading. I'm currently going through the return process with them and so far, to return multiple items, you have to fill out individual forms for each item, upload pictures, and then wait for them to email you back. Not exactly a quick and easy process.
