Return and Exchange Policy

Introduction

At Tubbies USA LLC known commercially as Manika USA we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your item(s), please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).
  • Exclusions: Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To simplify the process, we offer a self-service portal.

  1. Go to our portal: https://manika-usa.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime
  2. Enter your order number and the email used at checkout.
  3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
  4. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions and return details.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Items must be securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • MANIKĀ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item(s), you’ll be notified via email.
  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit within 5 business days.
  • If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $10 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total. This fee helps us cover processing and shipping costs. 
  • Original shipping fees and any aplicable restocking fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same steps as returns.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

⚠️ Important: All approved return or exchange requests must be completed within 20 calendar days from the approval date. If your package is not received within this timeframe, the request will be automatically canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing an item, please email us at hello@manikausa.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or the missing item at no additional cost.

Warranty

All Manika products are covered by a 4-month quality warranty, valid from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and quality-related issues under normal use conditions.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, saltwater, or prolonged immersion in water.
