You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your product, as long as it is in perfect conditions, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you can activate the warranty by contacting our Customer Service team at hello@manikausa.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If the size you need is not available at the time of the exchange, we will offer you the option to request a refund or wait until the product is available in the desired size.

The interior of the bracelets is crafted from 22K gold leaf. The mantra is made of silver with gold plating, and the bracelets are coated to be waterproof. They are lightweight, make no noise, and can be worn during any activity.

All our necklaces are made of high-quality 18K gold-plated brass with a palladium coating. Each cast piece is hand-brushed to achieve our exclusive matte gold finish. All models are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and long-lasting.
