- We recommend storing your accessories in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnishing or scratching.
- Avoid contact with water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat, and humidity, as they may cause discoloration and damage the finish of your jewelry.

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your product, as long as it is in perfect conditions, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you can activate the warranty by contacting our Customer Service team at hello@manikausa.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If the size you need is not available at the time of the exchange, we will offer you the option to request a refund or wait until the product is available in the desired size.
