• You can gently clean them with a dry cloth to preserve their splendor. While they are durable, protecting them from extreme conditions will prolong their life and keep their charm intact.

• We recommend storing your accessories in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnishing or scratching.

• Avoid contact with water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat and humidity, as these could cause discoloration and affect the finish of the jewelry.

You have the option to request an exchange or return of your purchase within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your order. For the exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition, with its original tags and packaging.

Should any of the accessories arrive in poor condition, you may activate the corresponding warranty, which covers a period of 10 days.

If at the time of the exchange we do not have the size you need, we will offer you the option of a refund or waiting until the product is available in the desired size.
