MANIKA Intención operates the Ad Management application ("the App"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information of merchants who install the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Shopify store data (name, URL, currency, time zone)
• Information on connected advertising campaigns
• Ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
• Access tokens for advertising platforms authorized by the merchant

2. How We Use the Information

We use the data exclusively to:

• Generate analyses and recommendations on campaigns using artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic)
• Display performance reports within the App
• Improve the functioning of the service

3. Data Sharing

Data may be processed by Anthropic to generate AI responses. We do not sell or share information with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as the App is installed on the store. Upon uninstallation, data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

5. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
